  • Alex Adams (Spring Hill College 1993) is a teacher at Blount High School in Mobile, Alabama.
  • Kari Alexander graduated from Theodore High School where she was President of the Two-county International Youth Association, Co-editor of the Yearbook, Quill & Scroll, and many service activities.  In high school she received science honors, psychology awards and academic recognition.  Kari attended Spring Hill College as a Psychology Major where she was on the Dean’s List, a member of Psi Chi Honor Society and a community service volunteer.  She also received a Master’s Degree from LSU in Social Psychology.  Presently Kari is Director of the Hemlock Overlook Center for Professional Development at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.  Many of the 20,000 people year that participate in her program a leaders in organizations like Sprint, AOL, the Department of Defense and the US Navy.
  • Heather G. Andrews (Auburn University 1997) is Supervisor of the Schering-Plough Microbiology Laboratory in Chattanooga, TN.
  •  Romsel Ang graduated from Theodore High School and in 1993 entered the University of South Alabama where she received many honors including Mortar Board, Golden Key and the National Honor Society.  She served as President of the Biomedical Sciences Society at USA and graduated Summa Cum Laude.  Romsel attended medical school at the University of South Alabama and did her residency in Internal Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia.  She has returned to Mobile and is an Internal Medicine Physician with Mobile Diagnostic Center.  Romsel is married to Dr. Brandon Peters, a physician with Radiologist P.C. in Mobile.  They have two children, Dylan and Madison.
  • Serena Bassett (Spring Hill College 2002) received her Masters in Consumer Science from the University of Alabama and is a Management Trainee with Regions Financial in Mobile, AL.
  • Amanda Baxter (Auburn University 2002) is attending Law School at Loyola University in New Orleans, LA.
  • John Beasley, Jr. (University of Alabama 2000) received a Masters of Accountancy from George Washington University was certified as a Public Accountant and is employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers in McLean, VA.
  • Nicholas P. Beisel, Class of 2002 at Auburn University, is a second-year student at the Levin College of Law of the University of Florida. He has been accepted into their Environmental and Land Use Law Certificate Program, through which he will travel to Costa Rica this summer in a program which focuses on Comparative International Environmental Law. His summer studies will include field trips through the rain forest, a two-day white water rafting trip and catching and tagging sea turtles at Coast Rica’s Biological Research Station.
  • Rhoneshia Cade Bennett, Class of 1993 from the University of Alabama Birmingham, is married with two children, Kaden (3 years) and Braeden (6 months). She is a Financial Support Worker with the Mobile County Department of Human Resources and in July 2007 began working toward a Master’s Degree in Social Work and Community Counseling at the University of Alabama.|
  • Avery Brown (Stillman College 1993) is a Contract Specialists at Gunter Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama. He and his wife have started a child care business By Faith Christian Academy.
  • Cassie Bullock (Birmingham Southern College 1999) received her Master’s Degree as a Physician Assistant and is employed in the Pediatric ICU at USA’s Woman’s and Children’s Hospital.
  • Brooke Burks attended LeFlore High School where she was not only a member of the National Honor Society but active in a number of service organizations sponsored by the Civitan Club, the Texas Street Recreation and the Department of Human Services.  She attended Tuskegee University where she was a member of several honor societies Zeta Phi Beta, Golden Key, Alpha Kappa Alpha, All American Scholar, University Scholar, Alpha Kappa Mu, Kappa Delta Pi and graduated with a degree in Language Arts/Education.  In 2002 she received her Master’s Degree in English Education from Auburn University.  Ms. Burke has been teaching English in the Opelika High School since 2000 and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Curriculum and Teaching Language Arts Education at Auburn University.  While continuing to teach and work on her doctorate she has served as a judge for the Alabama Penman Writing Contest, served on a Southern Association of Colleges and Schools accreditation team, presented a workshop on multicultural literature at the National Council of Teachers of English Summer Institute in San Diego, CA.
  • Amanda Cannon (Spring Hill College 2003) is attending Washington University’s School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO.
  •  ChriChristina Corleystina Corley from Saraland, Alabama attended the Alabama School of Math and Science and then the University of Alabama where she majored in Environment and Society with a minor in Italian Studies and also served as President of the New College Council.  During the summer of 2002 she was a Bedsole Summer Intern with Mainstreet Mobile.  After graduation from college in 2005 Christina began working for Southface Energy Institute in Atlanta, GA.  Southface is an environmental non-profit company in the construction and design industry.  Cristina is a Sustainable Developments Associate managing a green development certification program for developers as they make community design choices that are more environmentally conscious and respectful.  She works with developers across the Southeast in making communities more walkable, bikeable, and generally sustainable, based on site location, stormwater runoff measures, greenbuilding design techniques, tree preservation, etc.  Her company consults with builders, contractors, architects and other related professions on such items as water conservation, energy efficiency and recyclable products.  In 2006 Christina went to Ghana, Africa on a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship studying Urban Planning at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and in 2007 she visited Abijan in Corte D’Ivorie (Republic of the Ivory Coast),West Africa.  Christina anticipates applying to the University of Georgia for the Masters Program in Landscape Architecture.  Christina also served as the event facilitator for the 2008 Bedsole Scholars Convocation on Community Development.
  •  Candice Cotten (University of Alabama 1999) is teaching Special Education at Rockwell Elementary School in Spanish Fort and working on a Master’s Degree in Psychometry at the University of South Alabama.
  •  Elizabeth Coverdale was reared in Fairhope, AL and attended high school at the Alabama School of Math and Science where she was a member of the National Honor Society, the Student Council and President of the History-Archeology Club.  In 1997 Ms. Coverdale enrolled at Spring Hill College and majored in Economics with concentration in Computer and Information Science.  During her collegiate career she was inducted into Order of Omega and Delta Epsilon Omicron honorary societies.  One summer while in college she was a teller with AmSouth Bank and during another she worked for Gulf Coast Computer Company through J. L. Bedsole’s Entre/Prep Program.  Ms. Coverdale is married, living in Memphis and has worked for International Paper Company for the past six years.  She served as an Information Technology team lead on a three year project geared at reducing the company’s wood cost and providing a common set of tools for fiber procurement, sales, financials and planning.  Her new assignment has to do with supporting the company’s financial community by standardizing the company policies and improving the reporting and visibility for senior management.
  •  Leslie Dabney (Spring Hill College 1998) is an Account Executive for SmartResort in Orange Beach, Alabama.
  • Kimberly Dolbear (Auburn University 1995) is Comptroller for Cahaba Disaster Recovery in Mobile, AlabamaColt Dorger.
  • Sarah Bond Dorger (Spring Hill College 1993) received her Law Degree from LSU and is practicing in Mobile with Steward Howard PC. She is married to Scot Dorger. Colt Thomas Dorger (pictured at right)born December 2007 is their first child. Congratulations!
  • Kelly Dyson (Spring Hill College 1996) graduated from Dental School at LSU. She is now a Captain in the U.S. Army stationed at Fort Polk, LA.
  • Tracy Elleard attended Baker High School in Mobile where she was President of the Student Council and President of the National Honor Society.  She was Captain of the girls Basketball, Volleyball and Softball Teams and a member of the High School Chorus and the Future Business Leaders of America and many service organizations.  At Auburn University Tracy was involved with Relay for Life, Habitat for Humanity, the Student Alumni Association, served as SGA Director of Better Relations, as Counselor for Camp War Eagle and finally as Panhellenic President.  Her academic honors were equally impressive; they included ODK Honor Society, Mortar Board Honor Society, National Dean’s List, Rho Lamda and Lambda Sigma Honor Societies.  In addition Tracy was an Intern for the Auburn/Opelika Tourism Bureau.  She graduated in 2006 with a degree in Communications and is now a Resident Consultant at the Alpha Omicron Pi International Headquarters in Richmond VA.
  • Jeni England attended McGill-Toolen Catholic High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society and a staff contributor to the school newspaper.  She attended the University of South Alabama where she was a member of the Student Nurses Association, Alpha Theta Chi Honor Society, and also worked as a Nurse Associate at Children’s and Woman’s Hospital.  Jeni graduated from USA in 2001 with a BS Degree in Nursing and is now employed at Children’s Medical Group in Mobile.  She and her husband Jeremy have formed a home building business for Mobile and Baldwin Counties called Commonwealth Homes.  The England’s have two children Troy and Savannah
  • April Eubanks (Auburn University 1999) graduated in Pharmacy and is in route to become a Rite Aid Certified Diabetes Specialist. After becoming a Certified Diabetes Educator she plans to start her own diabetic counseling clinic.
  • Nicholas Frerman (University of Alabama 1996) is a Credit Underwriter in the Commercial Real Estate Department of Regions Bank in Birmingham, Alabama.
  • Joey Gechigian (Auburn University 1993) is a project manager for healthcare construction with Brasfield & Gorrie in Birmingham, Alabama.
  • Jessica Gill (University of South Alabama 2001) is a third-year Medical Student at St Matthew’s University in Grand Cayman, CY, BWI.
  • Patrick Goff (Spring Hill College 1994) is employed with the Alabama Department of Forensic Science in Daphne, Alabama.
  • Kimberly Goins, Class of 2003 at the University of Alabama, is finishing her first semester at the University of Alabama School of Law. She is active in the Phi Apha Delta International Legal Fraternity and the Black Law Student Association and was recently the prosecutor at a mock trial for her class in criminal law. Kimberly stays in touch with some of the lawyers at Hand Arendall, PC where she served as a Bedsole intern during the summer of 2005. She has also received a J. L. Bedsole Scholarship for Law School.
  • Anna Grace (Troy University 2003) and her husbad are working for the Awanita Valley Christian Retreat Center in Merietta, SC, where she is Office Manager.
  • Chad Granger (Auburn University 2002) will spend a year at an East Asian University studying Mandarin and doing mission work with Campus Crusade For Christ.
  •  Travis W. Guest is a graduate of Baker High School in Mobile where he was President of the SGA, a member of the Golf Team and involved in many service, church and campus activities.  At the University of South Alabama Travis majored in History/Political Science graduating in 2000.  After graduation Travis worked as a branch manager for Ryder and for several years as a manager for Penske Trunk Rental.  In 2006 Travis entered the Manager Training Program with Whitney Bank and in April 2007 he was assigned to be Assistant Branch Manager of the Tillman’s Corner Branch and in January 2008 became branch manager of the Dauphin Island Parkway Office of Whitney Bank.  Travis is also a licensed real estate agent and a licensed insurance adjuster.
  • Alaina Harris in Washington DCAlaina Harris attended Daphne High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society, the Band, the Tennis Team and the High School Newspaper Staff.  She enrolled at Birmingham Southern College where she was active in the Student Alumni Association and Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority and graduated in 2001 with a BS Degree in Psychology.  She received two Master’s Degrees, a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Alabama and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Alabama Birmingham.  In 2004 she moved to Washington, D.C. and since that time has worked for the Department of Health and Human Services in the Health Resources and Service Administration.  She is currently a project officer in the “Office for the Advancement of Telehealth.”  “Telehealth” is the use of electronic information and telecommunications technologies to support long-distance clinical health care.
  •  Metria Harris (University of Alabama at Birmingham 1996) is an insurance agent with AGI American General Life and Accident Insurance Company in Birmingham, Alabama. She earned an MBA from Liberty University.
  • Tameka Harris (University of Alabama 1994) is a pharmaceutical representative for Abbott Laboratories in Philadelphia, PA.
  • Erin Brining Hammond, Bedsole class of 1998 and a 2002 graduate of Auburn University, will finish her PhD course work in Speech Communication at the University of Southern Mississippi in December 2007, take her comprehensive exams in January 2008, then begin work on her dissertation. She recently presented a research paper on political advertising at the National Communication Association Convention in Chicago. Erin continues to enjoy teaching full time at Bishop State Community College. She is married to James Hammond, a special education teacher, who has recently been accepted into the Master’s program for students with visual impairments at the University of Alabama Birmingham.
  • Jasmine Hodges (Richardson) graduated from Thomasville High School where she was Year Book Editor, a member of the Drama Club, Scholars Bowl and many service organizations.  Jasmine attended Birmingham Southern College where she was Managing Editor of the Hilltop News, elected into Phi Beta Kappa and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1999.  Renee studied Spanish at the Universidad de Costa Rica as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar and later received her Master’s Degree in English from the University of Alabama.  While teaching High School Spanish in Mississippi where she met and married the Reverend John Richardson.  In 2007 John and Renee went to Zimbabwe on a church mission trip.  In July of 2007 John became the Chaplain at Birmingham Southern College and soon after Jasmine became Director of the Birmingham Office of Alabama Citizens for Constitutional Reform.  She is currently a free-lance copy editor and adjunct professor of English at the University of Alabama, Birmingham.
  • Shannon Holland, Class of 2001 the University of Mobile. Shannon will graduate with honors in December 2007 from the University of Alabama with a Masters Degree in Gifted Education. She is presently teaching Reading and English at Holt High School in Tuscaloosa, AL.
  • Lynn Holloway (Auburn University 1999) is a Grant Facilitator for the Opelika City Schools and also part-time youth director at First United Methodist Church.
  • Jennifer Holt (University of Alabama 1997) is pharmaceutical representative with Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Birmingham, AL.
  • Jason Howard (University of Alabama 1999) is Assistant Systems Manager for the Campus Libraries at Tuskegee University.
  • Lori McCary Huggins, and her husband Eric Huggins are both 1994 Bedsole Scholars from Thomasville, AL. They both attended the University of Mobile and both transferred to different colleges. Lori transferred to the University of South Alabama and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education, Eric transferred to Auburn University and received a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Lori spent five years teaching art in Alabama Public Schools. Eric worked several companies before accepting a position as Project Engineer at Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson, AZ. Recently Eric’s team was one of four out of 70 teams at his facility to receive the prestigious “Excellence in Productivity” award. They have two boys Caleb (4) and Colin (1).
  • Carrie Inzina (Auburn University 1997) is a speech-language pathologist at Gracemor Elementary School in Kansas City, MO where her fiancé is attending the College of Osteopathic Medicine.
  • Julie Jackson (Judson College, Class of 1995) is a cost accountant for 21st Century Technologies, Inc. in Austin, TX. Her company is a pioneer in developing technology solutions for problems faced by government and large-scale companies.
  • Mark James (Huntingdon College 1998) received a M. A. in Christian studies at the University of Mobile and is enrolled in the Reformed Theological Seminary at Richmond, VA.
  • John Jansen, Class of 2000 at Auburn University, received his Bachelor’s Degree in Wireless Engineering and worked for several years with Phase IV Systems in Huntsville, AL. John and his wife Erica have recently moved back home where John is working with Prism Systems of Mobile.
  • Matt Jansen (University of Alabama at Huntsville 1997) is a Chemical Engineer with ENGlobal Engineering in Houston, TX.
  • Cody Johnson, from St. Stephens, Alabama, graduated from high school at Jackson Academy.  He was President of the Scholars Bowl, Captain of the Tract Team and a member of the Student Council, the National Beta Club and the Yearbook Staff.  In love with music, Cody attended the University of Mobile  majoring in Organ Performance and graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2001.  At the University of Mobile he received the the Regents Award and membership in  Alpha Theta Chi Honor Society; Cody also sang in the University’s Concert Chorale.  During college he was a volunteer tutor, a United Way Volunteer, Music Director at Holy Family Catholic Church and a Music Intern at Government Street Presbyterian Church.  Follow graduation Cody was a teller at AmSouth Bank, taught guitar at USA, and directed the music at Holy Family Catholic Church.  Presently Cody is Associate Director of Music at Asbury United Methodist Church in Alabaster, AL where he is director of the Praise Team and music leader for the contemporary worship service.  In the fall of 2008 Cody will continue his work at the church and apply to graduate school in pursuit a master’s degree in voice.
  • Janel Johnson (University of Alabama Birmingham 2003) is enrolled in the Masters of Business Administration program at UAB and interning with the Human Resources Office of Alabama Power Company in Birmingham, AL.
  • Lasonja Kennedy (University of Alabama 1995) is working full-time for the Department of Student Housing and Residential Life at the University of Alabama Birmingham and is also enrolled in the Health Education Ph.D. program at UAB.
  • Kevin King (Spring Hill College 2002) is attending graduate school at the University of Alabama pursuing a masters/doctorate degree in Applied Mathematics.
  • Emily Nicole Kroutter (Spring Hill College 1997) received her Masters Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of New Orleans and is a Medical Research Associate working jointly with the Department of Epidemiology and the Tulane Cancer Center.
  • Daniel Kuemmerle (University of Alabama 1993) is a structural engineer with Uzun & Case Engineers in Atlanta, GA.
  • Zachary Lamm (University of Alabama Birmingham 1998) is completing his Ph.D. in English at Loyola University in Chicago. His dissertation is entitled The Politics of Dreaming: The American Romance and the Queer Work of Fantasy”. He has recently given presentations for the Modern Language Association, the Society for the Study of Narrative Literature, the Herman Melville Society, and the Midwest Modern Language Association
  • Sarah Laurence (Spring Hill College 2002) is teaching English at Juan Diego Catholic High School in Draper, Utah and is a second-year graduate student at the University of Portland working toward a Masters in the Art of Teaching.
  • Lauren Littleton, Class of 2003 at Auburn University, received her degree in Marine Fisheries. She is presently attending graduate school at the University of Southern Mississippi. Laura is studying at the Gulf Coast Research Laboratory at Ocean Springs, Mississippi working on speckled trout stock enhancement.
  • Laura Long (University of West Alabama 1999) is a Certified Quality Risk Management Specialist (RN) in the Washington County Hospital & Nursing Home, Chatom, AL.
  • Carey McDade (Spring Hill College 1999) is a fourth-year Medical Student at the University of South Alabama.
  • Amy McIntyre (Spring Hill College 2001) is a Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse at the Medical University of South Carolina where her husband Urology Resident.
  •  Brittany Miller graduated from St. Paul’s Episcopal School and in 1999 enrolled at Birmingham Southern College where she majored in Psychology and minored in Business.  While at college she was a member of the President’s Student Service Organization, a Resident Advisor, selected for membership in Alpha Chi Omega and the Order of Omega honorary societies and a volunteer at the Crisis Center and First Light Women’s Shelter.  During her collegiate summers she worked as a counselor at Beckwith Camp & Conference Center, and Intern with Mobile Mental Health served as Client Services Manager for MDI (Marketing Detail, Inc.) through J. L. Bedsole’s Entre/Prep Program.  Currently Ms. Miller is the Associate Manager for Integrated Marketing for Conde Nast – Golf Digest Publications in New York, City.
  •  Tina Molette (University of Alabama Birmingham 1996) is an Administrative Systems Instructor at the University of Alabama Birmingham where she also completed her Masters Degree in Business Administration.
  • Renee C. Morales graduated from Foley High School and then attended the University of Alabama Birmingham where she majored in Spanish and Chemistry graduating with honors in 1999.  After college Renee worked with people of disability through Civitan AmeriCorps and in 2002 entered the Medical School at UAB.  During her fourth year of Medical School Renee visited Ecuador offering medical assistance to rural indigenous people, improving her Spanish and learning about medicine in the developing world.  Renee is now an Ob-Gyn Resident at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.
  •  Jessica Nixon-Pool (University of Alabama 1996) is lecturer with the Dibble Institute for Marriage Education. Her husband is in his 4th year of surgical residency at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, TX.
  • Gyromas Newman (University of South Alabama 2001) is a Graduate Assistant in Communications at the University of South Alabama.
  • Jessica Nixon-Pool (University of Alabama 1996) is lecturer with the Dibble Institute for Marriage Education. Her husband is in his 4th year of surgical residency at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, TX.
  •  Cynthia ParnellCynthia Parnell attended Theodore High School where she was an Azalea Trail Maid and involved in many organizations, honorary societies and volunteer activities including the National Honor Society, the French Club, the Science Club the Debate Team and the Homework Club, SECME, and the Knollwood Park Hospital Volunteers.  Ms. Parnell accomplished all this while working in the afternoon and evening to earn her high school living expenses.  She attended the University of Alabama receiving her Nursing Degree in 1999.  After working as an operating room nurse at the North Baldwin Hospital and the Mobile Infirmary she enrolled at the University of Alabama Birmingham and received a Master’s Degree in Anesthesia.  She is currently a Nurse Anesthetist with Anesthesia Resource Management in Birmingham, AL.
  • Laura Peaden (Auburn University 2003) is a graduate student at the University of South Alabama pursuing a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Erin Pennington (Birmingham Southern 1995) is teaching fifth grade at Daphne Elementary School South in Daphne, AL.
  • Dannah Pope (University of South Alabama 1993) was certified as a Reading Specialist at USA and is employed as a writing coach by the Mobile County Public School System.
  • Stephanie Powe (Auburn University 1997) is a practicing Veterinarian in Daphne, AL.
  • Laura Powell (University of South Alabama 1994) received her PhD Degree from the University of South Alabama and is a Psychology Instructor at Bishop State Community College.
  • Jasmine Hodges Richardson, Class of 1995 at Birmingham Southern College, studied Spanish at the Universidad de Costa Rica and received her Master’s Degree from the University of Alabama. While teaching in Mississippi she met and married Rev. John D. Richardson who is the new Chaplain at Birmingham Southern College. Jasmine is the Director of the Birmingham office of Alabama Citizens for Constitutional Reform.
  • Kathryn Roberts-Bubrig was reared in St Stephens, Alabama and attended Leroy High School where she was National Honor Society President, Student Council Representative, a member of the Yearbook Staff, the Key Club, Spanish Club, the Math Club and several service organizations.  Kathryn attended the University of Alabama where she became a member of several honor societies including the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Golden Key, Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society and Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society.  She received a Bachelor’s Degree in History in 2005 and a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration in 2006.  Kathryn is now coordinator for Graduate Education at the University of Michigan’s College of Engineering.  She is married to Denny Bubrig, also a graduate of the University of Alabama who is Assistant Dean of Students at Bowling Green State University.
  • Christy Robinson (Huntingdon College 1996) is a nurse at the University of North Carolina Hospital at Chapel Hill, NC anticipating further study toward her doctorate.
  • Allison Rogers (Auburn University 1998) is an Underwriting Specialist with Auto-Owners Insurance Company in Montgomery, AL.
  • Heather Sellers, Class of 2002 at Birmingham Southern College, worked for a year after graduation at the Genomics Laboratory at the University of Alabama and in August of 2007 began her studies at the Genetic Counseling Program at Arcadia University in Philadelphia, PA.
  • Megan Seward (Auburn University 2002) is teaching at the Sylvan Learning Center and working as a legal assistant at McAdory Borg Law Firm in Auburn while waiting to hear from several law school offices of admissions.
  • Leigh Shaw (Auburn University 2000) is an Estimator with Nix-Fowler Constructors in Atlanta, GA.
  • Amy Shell (Samford University 2002) is enrolled as a graduate student at the University of Alabama School of Social Work. She is doing her field placement at Children’s Aid Society in Homewood. AL.
  • Kimberly Shumack (Auburn University 2001) recently received her Master’s Degree in Technical and Professional Communications from Auburn University.
  • Ryan Small (University of Alabama 1993) received his Law Degree (summa cum laude)from the University of Alabama and is Vice President of International Service Group, Inc.
  • Kris Sodergren, (University of Mobile 1993) is an attorney with Hubbard, Smith, McIlwain, Brakefield & Browder P.C. in Tuscaloosa, AL.
  • Kimberly Spann (University of Alabama 1998) is a school based occupational therapist with the Los Angeles United School District in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Dara Steele (University of South Alabama 2002) is a Marketing/Customer Service Representative with Page & Jones in Mobile, AL.
  • Emily Stewart is from Gulf Shores, Alabama and attended Foley High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society, a tutor, and a member of several service organizations.  Emily entered Auburn University in 1996 where she became a member of the American Society of Civil Engineering.  She graduated from Auburn in 2000 with a BS Degree in Civil Engineering Degree and in 2002 received her Master’s Degree from Auburn in Civil Engineering.   She is now employed as a project manager at Volkert and Associates in Foley, Alabama.  She is married to David Stewart a Commercial Lender with First Gulf Bank and they have a son Grant with another son expected in March of 2008.
  • Shireen Tashbin (Spring Hill College 1997) received her Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama and is an accountant with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers in Mobile, AL.
  • Jessica Townsend (Auburn University 1995) received her Civil Engineering P. E. license and was employed Winzler and Kelly Consulting Engineers while she was in Guam with her husband a U. S. Naval Officer. They now live in Corpus Christi, TX.
  • Lydia Vines (Auburn University 2001) is an Information Technology Consultant with Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Atlanta, GA.
  • Rebecca Warren (Troy University 2001) is the Administrative Coordinator of the Health Management Department for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama. She lives in Montgomery, AL.
  • Shineca Weeks (Auburn University 2002) is finishing her first year at Auburn University’s Harrison School of Pharmacy.
  • Candace White (University of Alabama 2001) is a reporter/producer who has just moved back to Mobile to work for WPMI
  • Diana Williams (University of South Alabama 2001) is a nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Children’s and Women’s Hospital in Mobile, AL.
  • Maria Williams (Spring Hill College 1995) is a CPA with Mostellar and Shreve CPAs in Mobile, AL.
  • Mark Wilson (Spring Hill College 1996) is the Branch Manager of Enterprise Rent-A-Car for the Easter Shores Offices in Daphne, AL.
  • Joshua Wyckoff (Auburn University 1997) is Vice President of Marketing & Information Technology for OPTO International, Inc. in Chicago, IL.
  • Chris Wyckoff (Auburn University 1995) is an academic advisor in the Officer of Undergraduate Studies at Auburn University.
  • Rebecca Zaworotko (University of South Alabama 1996) is the Quality Assurance Manager for al of Williams Sonoma’s Retail Distribution. She lives in Olive Branch, MS and is also enrolled in the EMBA program at the University of Memphis.
  •  Kent Zirlott attended Alba High School where he was a member of the National Honor Society, the Scott Hi-Q Team and the Scholars Bowl Team.  He enrolled at Spring Hill College where he majored in Political Science and Economics.  At Spring Hill he was inducted into Omicron Delta Epsilon and Phi Sigma Alpha Honor Societies, wrote articles for the Springhillian and the Journal of Global Affairs and graduated in 1997 Summa Cum Laude.  He attended graduate school at the University of Alabama where he received both his Master’s Degree and his PhD in Economics.  Dr. Zirlott is currently teaching Economics at the University of Alabama and expects to publish his research on sales taxes and their economic effect.
